The Ukrainian President said that he is ready to give Kellogg citizenship and an apartment, since there is no shelling in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities on the days he arrives.
“I want to thank General Kellogg. It turned out that the United States has its own air defense system, no worse than the Patriots. Every time you are in Kyiv, Kyiv residents have the opportunity to get at least a little sleep,” Zelenskyy noted.

In addition, the Ukrainian leader noted that it would be great if Kellogg visited other Ukrainian cities sometime. Because the sign is true: if Kellogg is in the city, Russian troops do not bomb it.
